Peter DelGreco, President & CEO

Maine & Company

After serving as Director of Client Services since February, 2004, and then as Vice President of Operations, Peter now serves as President and CEO of Maine & Company. Peter has worked on Maine & Company’s most recent and largest successes, including Carbonite, Sun Life, NotifyMD, and athenahealth.

Prior to joining Maine & Company, Peter worked in Boston and Washington, DC running an independent, gourmet food distribution service.   Under Peter’s management, sales at the company’s Washington, DC location increased over 300%.

Peter is a graduate of Colby College and he earned his MBA from the University of Southern Maine.


Ashley Pringle, Vice President of Operations

Maine & Company

Ashley Pringle joined the Maine & Company team in 2014 as the Director of Client Services. Some of Ashley’s portfolio clients include: Wayfair, Sun Life Financial, Grand Rounds, OnProcess Technology.

Previously she served as an active duty Operations & Intelligence Officer in the United States Army. Ashley commanded a team responsible for the safe and efficient operations of transporting over 250,000 passengers and 4.2 million pounds of cargo, and effectively reduced the cost to taxpayers during international operations by over $250 Million.

Ashley holds a BA in Political Science from Saint Michael’s College and she earned her MBA from the University of Southern Maine.


Helene Porter, Office & Relationship Manager

Maine & Company

In 2015, Helene joined Maine & Company as the Office and Relationship Manager.

She joins the Maine & Company team with over 25 years experience in real estate.

As a Sales Manager and Associate Broker she has supported and built strong relationships with hundreds of clients to help maintain purchase and sales contracts. She excels in cross-functional communication and customer service.

Growing up with 12 siblings, Helene is no stranger to chaos.  She has the ability and skills to bring calm to any situation. Helene is a lifetime resident of Maine
